What is a Yoga Trail

A yoga trail is a walkable workshop in nature, where you are given time and natural space (between 2-3 hours) to motivate your personal sadhana or practice:

  • introduction to yoga smṛti: mindfulness
  • dhyana: meditation technique
  • mouna: silence
  • asana: posture
  • pranayama: breath work
  • sangha: community of like-minded people
  • tea and discussion (Q&A)
  • authentic landscapes in Luxembourg assistance of a local, qualified and experienced yoga teacher
