What is a Yoga Trail
A yoga trail is a walkable workshop in nature, where you are given time and natural space (between 2-3 hours) to motivate your personal sadhana or practice:
- introduction to yoga smṛti: mindfulness
- dhyana: meditation technique
- mouna: silence
- asana: posture
- pranayama: breath work
- sangha: community of like-minded people
- tea and discussion (Q&A)
- authentic landscapes in Luxembourg assistance of a local, qualified and experienced yoga teacher
