Participatioun: 15€ 🇫🇷Dans le cadre des nocturnes du château de Bourscheid nous pratiquerons cet été le Hatha Yoga ensemble dans une atmosphère extraordinaire, cette fois-ci avec entrée gratuite au château même, si le temps le permet. (en cas de pluie le cours sera annulé!) Tout le monde est le bienvenu. Viens muni d'un matelas et d'eau. Participation par cours unique possible. Horaire: 18.30-20.00 Après le cours vous pourrez profitez d'une belle soirée de concert sur le château, vous trouverez également de quoi manger et boire. Participation: 15 € 🇬🇧As part of the Bourscheid Castle Nocturnes we will practice Hatha Yoga together this summer in an extraordinary atmosphere, this time with free entry to the castle itself, weather permitting. Yoga can be an important instrument in the collective quest of humanity for promoting sustainable lifestyle in harmony with planet Earth. In keeping with this spirit, the theme for this year’s Yoga Day celebrations is “Yoga for Humanity.” United Nations
Join me on the occasion of International World Yoga Day in this absolutely stunning setting of BOURSCHEID CASTLE for a very unique yoga practice. If you are new or beginner, you are specially invited to taste the practice of HATHA yoga.
Please bring a mat and some water and we meet on the right side of the castle's outer wall for a beautiful evening practice, establishing HARMONY between humanity and nature.
PLEASE NOTE: IN CASE OF RAIN THE SESSION IS CANCELLED
This is a donation based class, which means if you feel inspired you may leave a donation for your teacher, but you are of course also able to join for FREE.

October: TEEN yoga, for girls
Teenager years can be a challenging phase, both for girls and boys. The body is changing, we slowly move into adulthood, hormones are flooding and low self-confidence and doubts through peer pressure can take a toll on our minds.
Yoga can indeed help to get to know the Self and stick with our own nature, in all phases of life, developing not only physical, but also mental strength. It can help therefore getting through the teen transition in a calmer, more assertive way, providing tools to create balance and self-trust, helping to build a healthy relationship with our body, mind and the people in our lives.
“The October course is a trial run, directed to girls, as I am very keen in empowering people, women more specifically and in this case, teenagers, so we can all thrive. I hope to offer a regular class as of spring 2021. More info coming soon!”
November: ONLINE Pregnancy Course
(2nd and 3rd trimesters only)
This course is designed for becoming mothers, to feel comfortable in their bodies and mind while growing during pregnancy. Beginners may also join as it is a soft practice. Please consult with your gynecologist before enrolling.

November: YOGA NIDRA online via zoom
Yoga nidra is an ancient but little-known yogic practice. It is both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation that typically is done for 35 to 40 minutes at a time.
It can bring immediate physical benefits, such as reduced stress and improved sleep, it also has the potential to heal psychological wounds.
“In yoga nidra, we restore our body, senses, and mind to their natural function and awaken a seventh sense that allows us to feel no separation, that only sees wholeness, tranquility, and well-being,” says Richard Miller, a San Francisco Bay Area yoga teacher and clinical psychologist.
Make yourself comfortable at home, with a place where you can lie down undisturbed, with blankets and cushions, switch off your phone and maybe even go straight to bed afterwards
